Patients often come to me with the idea that they need to take antioxidants to either “prevent cancer” (Sorry Bud, you already have it!), or to “repair the damage from radiation”.
Here’s the thing. We don’t WANT to repair the damage from radiation. We want to KILL those suckers!
Here’s the syllogism:
Radiation causes free radicals in tissue.
Free radicals cause breaks in the tumor DNA.
Therefore, the tumor cannot replicate its DNA.
THEREFORE: IT DIES!
Go ahead ladies and gentlemen: Take the antioxidants that your cousin Albert recommended. All you’re doing is repairing the damage to the tumor cells in the cancer you’ve already got. The cancer cell is saying, “Go ahead, MAKE MY DAY!”
